Hi, I'm Jeff.

I have a computer science degree from Université Laval in Quebec City, and I am also a Master of Music (M.Mus) in jazz guitar performance.

Today I'm a full-stack developer at Nukleo, a digital agency where I build client platforms, AI-powered tools and websites.

My strengths as a programmer reside in my creativity and my perseverance. When I put my mind to something, there is no stopping me.

What I build at Nukleo

At Nukleo I work across the whole stack, from the database to the interface. Among other things, I've helped build a business management system (ERP) that runs on the web, desktop and mobile, a regulatory and economic monitoring platform that aggregates hundreds of public sources, an AI property-valuation tool with a CRM for agents, and a financial intelligence platform for traders with AI-generated audio briefings. Some of these haven't launched yet, so they stay unnamed for now.

CAIJ “Hacky” hackathon

In October 2026 our Nukleo team took first place by building, in a single day, an AI workspace for lawyers preparing a litigation case: a timeline of facts drawn from the evidence, legal research grounded in real Quebec law through CAIJ's search engine, the other side's counter-arguments, section-by-section drafting with names automatically redacted before anything reaches the AI, claim checking that answers “I don't know” rather than invent a source, and a full log of every AI call.
